Insurance is accepted for individual sessions. I am in network with Carefirst Blue Cross Blue Shield and Cigna. If you are covered by a different insurance company, I am happy to provide a reimbursement superbill that you can submit to your insurance company. For couples sessions, no insurance is accepted, please check the rate below.

For me to submit a claim to any insurance company, I would need to provide a diagnosis to the individuals involved in the session. I am a big proponent of not pathologizing individuals as they go through relationship challenges. I am also a firm believer that no relationship issues are caused by one individual’s “problem”. The modalities I utilize in sessions are focused on the dynamic between the partners. My role as your couples therapist is not to diagnose either of you, my role is to help you identify unhealthy patterns and learn helpful tools to build the relationship of your dream. 

• Individual Therapy Session (50 min): $150 
• Couples Therapy Session (90 min): $200
• Premarital Package: $1250 (which includes 8 sessions and $50 administrative fee) 

I respectfully ask my clients to provide a 48 hour in advance notice for cancellation. For any late cancellation, a $100 late cancellation charge will apply. 

At the moment, all my sessions are offered virtually via Simple Practice, which is a HIPPA compliant and encrypted platform. Once we schedule the session, you will receive a link in your email for your video session. You can also sign up for appointment reminders on your client portal. 

Note: although the sessions are taking place virtually, you need to be physically in Maryland or DC at the time of the session, according to the state licensure regulation.

All my intake paperwork is handled by Simple Practice, which makes it very easy for you. No need to go through the hustle of printing, signing, and scanning. You just need to click on the link and fill out all the paperwork on your client portal.
