As someone who identifies as an immigrant, I also bring a deep sensitivity to cultural differences and the complexities of navigating multiple identities.

How I Work

Therapy isn’t just about talking—it’s about healing. Together, we’ll create a safe, collaborative space where you can finally exhale and be fully seen. My goal is to help you reconnect with yourself, your partner, or your life in a way that feels whole, balanced, and authentic. With each session, we’ll explore what’s beneath the surface—emotional patterns, past wounds, unmet needs—and we’ll work gently toward lasting change.

I believe in building relationships that are grounded in trust and respect, where you can be open, vulnerable, and real. We’ll move at your pace, and I’ll walk alongside you every step of the way.
